Public Testnet capabilities and limitations

Kima will support the mainnets of the aforementioned blockchains. Kima will move several stable coins between the supported chains. Transactions will be limited in size. External validators will join our chain to test validation, staking, delegation, voting, and governance. The external pools will be limited in size, and the liquidity will be provided by Kima. No or minimal changes will be made to the RPC API, so that integrated apps will be able to be upgraded to the Public testnet easily with changes to chains and token symbols.
