Resources

Both Kima and the dApp developers will need to commit resources to achieve a successful integration. Each company will appoint a project manager to make sure the integration proceeds smoothly.

We’ll need bizdev resources to make sure the project is aligned with both companies marketing and business goals, and technical resources to carry out the integration.

The project managers will coordinate actual work, and meetings. Here’s a suggested meeting timeline:

  1. Discovery meeting - technical and bizdev resources from both teams will define the integration’s expectations and goals.

  2. Kickoff call - an official kickoff + introduction between developers from both sides.

  3. Status calls - a daily call between both integration teams. As time goes by, less people will need to attend, and the frequency can drop. It can become an “as needed” call.

  4. Summary call - concluding the technical aspects of the integration, and measuring our success criteria.

  5. Keep in touch - to find out about issues, bugs, upgrades, new capabilities and Kima evolves.
